HIDA (HIV Incidence and Drug Resistance Assay) is a single-blood-draw assay for incidence and drug resistance mutation surveillance. Simply sign in with your Google Drive, upload a single folder where your HIV envelope and pol gene sequence data of a cross-sectional population survey are stored along with an index file, forward and reverse primer files, and an optional cross-sectional survey size file. HIDA will estimate the rate of HIV incidence, designate incident cases, and report drug resistance mutation profiles at the population and individual level.
